About Televoice
Televoice is a low-cost phone service that is an alternative
to your traditional phone company. It allows you to use a telephone and
broadband Internet connection anywhere in the world to make and receive
calls. Since calls route through the Internet, the costs are less and
the savings are passed onto you.
Televoice lets you choose from phone numbers in the U.S. and Canada or
a US or U.K. toll-free number, regardless of where you live. Your Televoice
number can also allow your family and friends to call you for less. For
example, if you live in Kingston, Jamaica and have family in Miami, you
can choose a phone number with a Miami area code. Now, when your family
calls you, they will be charged the cost of a local call -- even though
they are speaking to you in Kingston, Ja!
Monthly Calling
Plans
Televoice offers a variety of calling plans to meet your unique calling
needs. Each monthly plan includes minutes to select in-plan
destinations. Monthly plans also include great features
such as VoiceMail, call waiting, caller ID, 3-way calling, and call forwarding
-- at no extra charge. Televoice-to-Televoice calls are also free.
Each month your credit card will be charged the price of the plan you
selected. Out-of-plan and overage calls will be charged to your credit
card at the end of your current monthly cycle or when the amount of these
calls exceeds $25, whichever comes first.

Pay-As-You-Go Calling Plan
You pay per-minute
rates for all of your inbound and outbound calls. Simply add funds
to your Televoice account and make calls.
- Inbound calls with a U.S. or Canada phone number are 2.9¢ a minute
- Inbound calls with a toll-free number are 7¢ a minute
- Televoice-to-Televoice calls are 2.9¢ a minute
- VoiceMail is 99¢ a month and all other calling features are FREE
Getting started
Getting started with Televoice is easy! You will need:
- A broadband Internet connection (DSL, cable, T1, or satellite)
- A Televoice Telephone Adapter (which you purchase from Televoice)
- A Televoice account and phone number
- A standard telephone (cordless or wired)
Once you have signed up you will be contacted by one of our representatives
and a date and time will be arranged for delivery and installation.
Manage your account online
You can log into the Televoice account center for a summary of your account,
recent calls, and transactions. You can also listen to your VoiceMail
messages, manage your feature settings, and update your account information.
